木暮公延

木暮公延 プロフィール

湘北バスケ部副主将。

常にメガネを着用していることから桜木からは「メガネ君」と呼ばれている。

桜木のよき理解者であり、桜木がキレた際になだめることも多い。

また、赤木とは対照的に温厚で柔和な性格で素行の悪い桜木達に対しても見下さず対等に向き合い、全国大会出場決定によって木暮の引退が延びたことを桜木は嬉しがった。

赤木とは北村中学時代からの親友で、誰よりも赤木のバスケへの情熱、そして全国制覇への思いを知る人物でもある。

北村中時代は体力をつける目的でバスケ部に入部し、その後、赤木の個人練習含めた特訓に中学・高校とついてきた。

湘北高校では赤木と共にバスケ部に残った唯一の同級生となった。

赤木とチームメイトとのパイプ役。
